Thank you for purchasing ringtones from MyBell.Fun. We are committed to providing you with high-quality digital products and a great customer experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All of our ringtones are delivered digitally via download. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download process has begun or the product has been delivered.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
We may consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you purchased the same ringtone more than once by mistake.
Corrupted File or Download Error: If your download fails or the file is not functioning properly.
Wrong Item Delivered: If you received a different ringtone than the one you ordered.
Technical Issues Preventing Access: If you’re unable to access your ringtone and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, please contact us at office@mybell.fun within 7 days of purchase and include:
Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
A screenshot or description of any error messages (if applicable)
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
3. Unauthorized Use or Abuse
We do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Incompatibility with your device (please check compatibility before purchase)
Claims made more than 7 days after purchase
Repeated refund requests or abuse of the policy
